I'd like eat ribs in Penang, I find this eating place on website, We get a wonderful welcome by the personnel and opt to seat in the terrasse. I purchase ribs and whitened kronenbourg beer. Twice great ! Will come back

I'm on christmas and has been craving a for an excellent dinner. I stood at the entry of a half-full cafe for an excellent 5min and not an individual server observed me (i'm not really skinny nor invisible). Got to wave very difficult to obtain someone's attention.We was finally seated, 4 servers crowded in the cashier/purchase counter. Nobody delivered me a menus and I got to require one. When I was prepared to purchase, a server came, took my purchase and then went apart. I was happy looking forward to my meals until another server arrived and asked me easily had purchased and what I purchased. Server 1 didn't type in my order. Food came (this wasn't that long the wait). I purchased a ribeye, I was presented with a sirloin. Nobody explained anything, I chowed and discovered the meats to be hard and sinewy. That they had easily trimmed off the fats at the edge therefore i couldn't tell initially but there have been still traces of tough edgy unwanted fat suggesting it had been a sirloin. I acquired them alerted. Regardless of the poor service (these were haphazard and disorganized at best), these were nevertheless courteous and wanted to change our food (that i said no... not really taking any danger). I furthermore had to request they change the costs to reflect a sirloin rather than ribeye in any other case I'd be paying even more. There is no service recovery.
