Running a business for over 40 years, this eating place was formerly situated on Gurney Generate. Their laksa will be of the best standard, a unique high quality and flavour I’ve in no way tasted before in a laksa. The proprietors are usually unassuming, accommodating and incredibly welcoming. In discussions with theowners, we discovered that this may be the true/conventional Nonya laksa. They Assam and Nonya laksas are usually packed with flavour and you will taste the fresh herbal treatments in the dish. The menus is small, prices is quite reasonable and cafe is quite clean. This eating place comes highly recommended.

Laksa was amazing! The staff members were lovely and helpful. They explained the menus to us which prompted us to use several extra bits that have been also great. Super value - would recommend. Furthermore the 1st time I possess seen the utilization ofmetal straws in Asia that i really was impressed by!

We consider ourselves to be prolifically passionate in Assam Laksa, specifically in Penang, the birth host to this amazing tasty unique fabulous seafood noodle soup ! Properly, we were therefore excited n amazed by the delicious top quality of the Laksa offered by Gurney11 Laksa Kitchen that people forgot to snap an image! Sorry!!! Nevertheless, encouraged by the nice high quality Laksa we proceeded to purchase other side dishes aswell. The lovely potato sago with coconut milk, poultry loh bak n springtime rolls; all created by the shop proprietors were fabulous as well! The cook provided us a complimentary normal size bowl of Assam lemak that was delightful delicious aswell! Highly recommend this location:-) Lily n William Su, Originally from Penang today living in Ipoh:-)

We found Penang to attempt the meals and wow, this is definitely an excellent begin to our experience. Abundant with taste and filled with flavour, the original Penang Laksa had been a fantastic choice. Also great service.

I actually tried the penang laksa, nyonya laksa, curry puff and the springtime rolls. Fyi Penang laksa may be the first assam laksa edition, while nyonya laksa has even more santan and tamarind inside it. Both are actually delicious rather than too sour like additional laksa. I personallyprefer the Nyonya edition since I love meals with coconut milk! The curry puffs are amazing as well - crispy and the curry flavor not exceedingly solid (in a great way). Incidentally the owners have become nice! Go check out this location in order to try a great aasam/nyonya laksa.

We've been craving for Laksa since we came within Malaysia 🇲🇾. We've tried several and the best flavor is in right here Laksa Cooking area by Gurney 11. We ate Nyonya Laksa due to the coconut milk that provides a wealthy taste of thefood. In addition to the owner is indeed friendly and accommodating. Many thanks for the hospitality.

Last week we returned for laksa and we were dissatisfied at the grade of the meals. The laksa had been stale and the mung bean dessert has been certainly reheated from previous times? Overall the dog owner needs to devote more effort and begin cooking food freshlaksa ( as claimed by his signboard!)

My girlfriend and I needed to use laksa, and we stumbled into this place. Talk about luck. This might be among the best places to use laksa on Penang, and the owners are so kind! We had the original and nyonya laksa, and theywere both spectacular. The dog owner furthermore gave us an example of a desert he makes, that was so, so tasty. Along with laksa, in addition they make various other traditional Penang specialties which are probably worth a go. We were so complete following the laksa, we were not able to order more! Thanks a lot again for the beautiful food. Oh, and the costs have become reasonable. Like streetfood costs in a good, clean house.
