Milkshake was great but their burgers are usually nothing outstanding though. Employees have a lackadaisical mindset and mostly active chatting apart or on the mobile phones.Hard to fault them though because the whole place has been devoid of customers

Awesome burgers!! Heavy, juicy and prepared to the perfection - medium uncommon to well'ish. Not dried out at all. Its onion bands are crunchy & created from genuine onions. Bbq poultry wings are ok'ish. Therefore if you're searching for authentic United states burgers, stop looking somewhere else. Igave this joint 4 stars due to the burgers, personnel & ambience; for other foods served here, they need to work just a little harder.

Area of the Urban Meals Hall, this can be a good selection for large groupings as possible please everyone with 5 cuisines. Johnny Rocket will be part of this rather than quite around scratch. I questioned for drinking water when I arrived. Noone took any see.The burger was no great shakes and the chips not brilliant unlike the frites at YNot on Chulia Road. The service was gradual considering there have been only 4 other folks in the eating place. I also experienced a waitress screaming orders near my desk that was very uncomfortable. I wouldn't return unless We was pleasing a big group of friends....

So disappointing. It began so well and today the service employees don't talk English and the burgers are usually oily. The area empty and for background music you should ask the staff. They didn't have even ketchup had carry out put chilli sauce onmy burger and fries. Seats are exhausted rather than maintained. Very disappointing. Poor service... insufficient english speaking personnel... milkshakes ok but meals substandard...I ordered the Poultry hot dog that was luke warm when it arrived.. the medial side purchase of onion bands looked as if the onions have been on an eating plan... my daughter acquired the‘smoky’ burger that was definately not smoky..we asked for a few water which arrived directly after we had settled the bill.... definitely wouldn't normally return

Went for American burger, fries, and shake. Not really the very best burger or shake. The beef wasn't excellent. The shake was Alright but not a standard Johnny Rockets. OK when you have to possess an American burger however, not really the same.

Their menu is amazing. The design of the restaurant includes a casual yet stylish look. I got a steak sandwich. The beef has been ideal, and the sauces had been nearly the right amount, therefore the sandwich stayed intact rather than soggy. Very satisfied.
