We were surprised to visit a Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart stall in Gurney Plaza. It appears this Malaysian business is expanding quickly. We noticed a stall in Singapore and Melbourne as well. The Hokkaido-design baked cheese tarts had been very similar to the people baked in otherlocations, with a salty creamy filling and a crunchy biscuit-like bottom.
