Situated between Kapitan and Subway. Earlier was Starbucks and today it had transformed to ECC Coffee. Went there last fourteen days ago, great cafe to take pleasure from a light meal or even have a sit down elsewhere. The Coffee is wonderful and the support is good, prices isaverage similar to the others cafe.

This place was previously a Starbuck place. Had not been sure when ECC got over but it's a significant location to relax and revel in coffee. Their signature espresso does distinct themselves from other coffee cafe.

Located related to 1km from Gurney Paragon and opposing UOB Bank, this restaurant is wonderful for groups since it's open-plan and does not have the drone of the air conditioning in the backdrop or any invasive noisy music so well-known in Asian countries. Car parking can beproblematic as can the stairs for wheelchairs. I'm not just a coffee aficionado, however the coffee is quite weak also for me personally. The drinks menus tries to be everything to all or any men, failing miserably since it makes its restricted choice a lot more limited. Additionally, there are a limited amount of snacks on present; and when the blueberry muffin provides ever noticed a blueberry in its unfortunate life, it's been waved outrageous (you can find none actually inside the muffins we tried). The staff aren't very on-the-golf ball, although I don't believe this is too not the same as most of the coffee homes in Penang.

I was a normal at EEC Espresso usually inside the mornings. That is probably the most civilised cafes in Penang and will be offering a soothing environment with good vocals. The majority of the customers enjoy the quiet environment but being Penang right now there will always beloud mouth area locals around!!! The staff have become friendly and the cafe began to improve their menu lately.

Just what a pity that the cafe in a good and relaxing atmosphere has badly trained staff members. There have been just two some other clients besides us, therefore staff were very totally free. The cafe latte was served lukewarm. I delivered it to both counter personnel toregister my complaint. There is no apology offered. Rather, I acquired two pairs of eye considering me as if to state, "you are really troublesome."I returned to my chair in anticipation that my reheated cafe latte will be taken to my table, having an apology. Rather, I learn the employees calling out if you ask me ahead collect my purchase...as if they're extremely busy or even their feet are usually glued to the ground behind the counter. Needless to say, the excuse for not bringing the reheated cafe latte to my desk is due to ECC's self-provider policy. But, since there have been so few clients and I have been inconvenienced with needing to walk around the counter to require my cafe latte to end up being reheated, what will the administration of ECC cafe at Gurney Travel have to teach their staff A) to state to its consumer when an order isn't served in accordance with expectation, and, B) should the personnel bring the beverage to the client waiting at the desk, or call out there to the client to "come have your drink"? I am hoping to see better expert service standards the next time to go to ECC Cafe.
