Went there for supper, there was just 3 tables including hrs. Ordered a combination grill platter including duck. There wasn't any duck inside it. We inquire concerning this with a waiter who sat on a higher desk behind us for some of the night time.He mentioned duck may have finished and simply walked away. We need to call somebody else to find the supervisor to complain. Then apologised and mentioned they've devote other meat to pay but offer other purchase. We were fine however, not being informed and the behaviour of the initial waiter was unacceptable. Unfortunately the meals was equally awful. lamb chop was dried out, meats loaf bland and ribs tasted stale. Won't come here again. Told by way of a friend that is more of the drinking place for workplace worker, shouldn't come here for foods.

As a beer lover this location was perfectly, a nice selection of beers and meat. I had a good draft beer and a rack of lamb ribs that have been nicely cooked and seasond. The beers are very pricy for Penang but are worthwhile,the food is fairly priced. Service was ok .

Having browse the good reviews on-line my husband and I made a decision to have a look at this diner after getting enjoyed a few good German restaurants upon the north eastern aspect associated with the island. The inside was some what basic.... with a bar like idea andstandard seatings outdoors. We purchased a Salad and some of Pork Knuckles and had been surprised to note that the pork dish has been all sliced and break up unlike various other German areas where we surely got to enjoy a entire knuckle. Another disappointment had been the Sauerkraut. It had been so meagre also it tasted like it arrived of a can. Provider was sub standard despite the overmanning of employees. They were seen speaking to one another rather than looking after customers! We will need to think before a return go to.

We visited the Berlin Bier Home on an area recommendation. It is near to the Eastin Resort so was convenient to get a meal. We'd Honey Dark Pepper Ribs and Rib Eyesight Steak. We shared a little bit of both and each had been asbad as one another. The Ribs were protected in something resembling yesterdays left gravy as the Rib Eyes was so hard it sensed like chewing a elastic band. Obviously we did not, cannot, eat either of these. It portrays a German Style style and had promotional materials around about Oktoberfest, but Disneyland even more German than this location !

unsure if it had been the meals or beer.. 2 folks actually grew to become ill and another 2 people of our group (overall of 8) weren't feeling properly.. We walked right here for supper from our nearby resort.. Ate and experienced a few tap beerseach.. We had been excited to use this location out, but most likely not somewhere we shall revisit on our Qtrly journeys.

Nice spot to hold away and have a glass or two, also the fingerfood was alright! Somewhat higher costs, but thats understandable because you are consuming more exclusive beers.
