Wifey found this gem about website and we chosen Nyonya style foods for dinner. Leading of the restaurant was beautifully decorated and even created an invitingly good first impression. We arrived 20 mins late for the 8:30pm reservation but was nevertheless warmly welcomedby Adrian Tan and his spouse. It was filled with diners but nearly all have ordered and had been amid finishing their supper. Adrian was really helpful and made us sense at home, made suggestions which we actually enjoyed. We ordered Pai Tee, Assam Hae Prawns, Curry Kapitan Poultry, Curry Tumis Seafood, Sambal Kangkung and Belacan Eggplant, which we enjoyed thus much that people finished every fall of the gravy aswell! To best of off, we purchased pulut hitam for the dessert which still left us feeling pleased and contented. We had the opportunity to match Adrian's mum, Auntie Gaik Lean herself once we were among the last diners there. Pretty warm and pleasant, she shared that she likes cooking from the center (her like for cooking) . She actually cooks by center as she states she doesn't use dimensions. We should admit that we fell deeply in love with her food! Overall, we cherished the experience dining right here and would come once again. Please Try the laundry we had, you will not regret it.

Authentic nyonya cuisine that you ought to test it out for if you are around -> Jiu Hur Char (stir fried lovely turnip with squid), nasi ulam (blended rice with herbs) and ikan tumis (assam fish) and end with refreshing nutmeg juice

Must try: The Cucuk Udang (Prawn Fritters) runs perfectly with the chill flavoured dipping sauce, not as well spicy. Worthy of exploring: The Nyonya asam seafood, nyonya beef rendang and mix fried kangkung with sambal belacan are refreshing and nicely seasoned. Additional bonus: if uhave the legendary 2nd stomach for dessert, have a look at their version of Pulut Hitam. Here they work the dark glutinous rice with dried out longan and santan. Amazingly the refreshing sweetness will be via dry longan and nothing at all else. Highly recommended.
