Good food is indeed subjective, based on your tatse and preference. AH Chui seafood eating place is one particular where you obtain good along with average meals served. I liked the infant octupus and the strong fried seafood, the lala and veg had been average though.Nevertheless, it had been satifactory general and the purchase price was reasonable. So I have already been to couple of seafood invest Penang. I have to say that it’s where I have been up to now. The grill fish is among the best, I've had. The price is actually reasonable compare to additional place like Balihai. The service is actually cool and welcoming. I will definitively keep coming back there again. The only real lower point is that it’s slightly definately not the tourist place but nothing that get can’t do.

5 stars for the freshness of the seafood, the cleanliness of the cafe and the service. Excellent home design Chinese cooking, specifically considering it’s pork-free of charge. The BBQ stingray, kam-heong crab, steamed prawns and also the easy blanch cockles were ready to perfection but wemissed from the home specialities incl fried noodles and seafood ball soup, which almost every other table appeared to have and appeared excellent. Having read all of the good reviews all of us called up weekly ahead to make desk reservations and was informed they didn't entertain booking a desk. Whenever we told the proprietor that people wanted assurance that people may have dinner last night time, he informed usto arrive early. Therefore we do and there have been a several tables behind the restaurant which were vacant. We sat lower and was requested to vacate by way of a dude and she provided the reason that someone had reserved that location. Whenever we told her that people did make an effort to book yesterday but was rejected and what she had been attempting to tell us didn't make any sense. Ahead of this another lady employees took our foods orders while our friends were seated at the said to be vacant desk. Had to juggle backwards and forwards trying to modification the food order to some other table once the first lady lastly decided to chair us at another desk. After a very long wait for the meals a dish of what appeared as if two small bits of Grilled Stingray that have been so thin were taken to our desk. Our fish were nearly eaten before our Mix Fried Kangkong and Romaine Lettuce had been served. Then the woman who chased us out of our initial table found tell us that they had go out of squids and recommended we'd Prawn Fritters rather. I pointed to her that there have been a lot of squids on the seafood desk when I positioned the purchase but her reply has been irrational saying orders had been in first arrive first serve schedule. Then Herbal Fish Golf ball soup was taken to us and we'd to hold back for another 15 minutes for the steamed octopus. It really is just another waiting video game..... another fifteen minutes for the oversteamed small clams and another longer await our miserable looking small shrimp fritters. The complete dinner with 4 little cans of Carlsberg found Rm222 and for that price we're able to have enjoyed better high quality seafood with a complete fish elsewhere. That is our 1st and last meal as of this place!!!

Overrated, small and pricey menu(zero proper menu with cost, manual order simply by the girl). Forgot to assist soup before time when i choose have a look at at counter. Said they mistakenly offer to others. Not really recommended. Inadequate service, bad supper experince for customersand not really sincere of running company.

We tried ordering beverages from the waitress which she glared from us and walked apart. When she returned, she has been visibly upset whenever we ordered different beverages. Whenever we tried to purchase more drinks thw 2nd circular, she jusr shouted, just how many uwant?! First time getting shouted at a waitress. Cost of seafood is more costly than kl. How do a golden pomfret price rm80/kg in penang? That is this type of rip off. Taste wise, the product quality is still pretty good. 7/10. Overall experience, this offputting one. Won't come back again.

No good customer support experience with this particular place. Feels as though they attempting to confuse you rather than friendly. In addition degree of service and atmosphere spoil my meal period, in addition, it makes me feel just like I'm wasting time here. Not worth theprice contrary to the food served. Much better co sider having an improved and tastier location like at J&J situated at Bali Bali Foodcourt.

Both my hubby ans I enjoyed our 2 meals as of this restaurant. Your day we arrived Penang and the final evening before we depart. Though I have to say it is a little pricey to consume at this place, however the high quality of seafood is excellent. Freshand delivered me back to enough time when I had been a young woman. Crabs are captured from the ocean, so natural and genuine. I even purchased their sauces back again to Singapore as I simply cherished their crab gravy.
