美丽华海鲜茶食室 Restoran Mei Le Hwa (Mei Le Hwa Seafood Cafe) has a amount of hawker meals stalls each morning. However, there's one popular Chinese stall making use of Charcoal Fire for 'Duck Egg Char (Fried) Koay Teow (Rice noodles)' (鸭蛋炒猓条) only at night from6.00 pm to 12.00 am (mid-night time). The 'wok hei' (cooking food fire on the wok) is indeed excellent that cooks the 'Koay Teow' nicely and brings about its fragrance and tastiness (see picture on the fiery charcoal fire).
