The restaurant is in Vangohh Eminent hotel and serve dim sum in the early morning/lunch time and regular Chinese cuisines for various other time of your day. We proceeded to go there for dim sum and we have been delighted by the fantastic service degree from the staff, good deco andsuperb meals. The price is increased than the standard dim sum stores in Penang Island but certainly of much superior worth with regards to quality, presentation and excellent ambience. Our family people collectively agreed this is actually the best dim sum location around in penang island.

Overall the meals is good. However the service should be enhance. The supervisor Mei Ai attitude extremely rude, regardless of toward staff or consumer. As a head, it shouldn’t end up like this.

I first used Ben Ran in earlier 2018 if they were newly opened. The meals or dim sum really was great. I brought my children, my clients and my boss there. Everybody cherished it. The service had not been excellent but bearable after that. I justbrought my partner and 2 old girls for dim sum in Ben Ran.. Just what a disappointment this vacation and we came completely from Penang Island. Two dim sum dishes (har kau, teo chew dumpling) were more than steamed until the epidermis broke. The har kau fillings oozed out and dripped below the basket onto the desk!! Various other dishes while searching presentable tasted under seasoned. Ben Ran’s management seems to follow the word - to start out something is simple, to maintain the higher standards is tough.

Sigh.... the program so poor and poor. we sensed the waiter simply selective serving their clients especially when the business enterprise was great. This all started whenever we move there for lunch plus they waiter has been ignoring us whenever we ask for desk, then the menuand lastly their Captain provide us to the desk and move us the menu. After that we were joyful looking at the menu so when we wanted to purchase, the waiter look really shock at us and have us to carry on. After short while they returned and informed us it during the last call period. What i being seated here for nearly 15 to 20 a few minutes and none of personnel told us.

Environment and create is superb and perfect for an excellent meal.....Human factors, assistance, high quality of waiters, waitress want more improvement. Possibly this reflect the scarcity of fine personnel within restaurant industry.

Came here to use them out because they were having 30% off advertising on all dim sum. The ambience of the eating place was superb, the fittings and furnishing perfectly considered. Their washrooms are worthy of a visit if however you be there! HoweverI discovered the area way too darkish, I could hardly browse the menus with the dim lights. The tea service was excellent, and the tea was excellent, very concentrated rather than the usual watered lower version we enter most places. It had been still very concentrated following a several rounds of brews. The dim sum had not been served all at one time, which is what's should be, nonetheless it was served one right after another, with longer pause in between. Also shocking was many of them were offered completely cold. I don't believe they will have a clue how exactly to run a kitchen. Generally, the food right here had been average to substandard, that sort of quality that won't cause you to visit again, even though they execute a 50% off promotion.

The place is fine the view is excellent, the atmosphere is good. However the services doesn’t match the purchase price, we are having to pay rm300+ for a dinner of 5 and what we got may be the slow meals serving, the so-so foods taste, inexperienced staffs. Make sure you avoidif you likely to bring your loved ones for a dinner.
