As tourists, this is the first location for us to use steamboat..Therefore, if it’s your first-time as well i’d advise to include the spices and meats first.. allow it set adding the noodles and vegetables.. this way you’ll make certain the meats isn’t undercooked and the noodles won’t end up being soggy, plus.. adding seafood and chicken collectively would outcome an odd taste, so I’d would rather separate them.I’m simply writing my tips as the proprietors couldn’t explain it to us because of the language barrier... therefore we were uncertain of everything lol
