Despite the modest create, Sera Cafe, packs a humungous website punch. Its variety of Iban food isn't only genuine but they are actually delicious. The signature bowls of bamboo prepared, or "pansuh", chicken and seafood are heavenly. The helpful proprietors cum cooks,Mr. James Buggaht Manggang and his spouse Madam Helen, deserve lots of credit score for generating this gem of a foods wall plug. Sera Cafe is clear, spacious and comfy. Its fresh way to obtain raw elements including jungle generate and veggies are sourced locally. It is a location I will get back to for tasty Iban food whenever I'm in Bintulu. Oh, and when you extravagant yourself as a singer there exists a karaoke established there too...
