Assistance is lousy, blackouts from people's wedding ceremony and shifting obligation to the guests. Rather than addressing people's requirements, they stand hand and hand chatting among themselves. This is actually the service people purchase? The hotel received 3.9 out of 5 testimonials, that is not surprising.

Doesn’t deserve even 1 star. My first-time staying over night in Bintulu and incredibly unfortunately happened to remain there. It will be long set of problems if i need to checklist out..1) only one 1 socket is working to charge my telephone, it is in the bathroom, just close to toilet bowl, forget about functioning socket to cost my apple view2) tried to purchase for dinner, the employees just said, easily without apology, because of one event is ongoing no menu can be acquired aside from western food, okay i actually ordered spaghetti with ocean food, proved with 2 tiny prawns, charged Rm 323) simply no normal water bottle is provided, you need to go and obtain from drinking water cooler from the center of your floor4) therefore call TV channels, altogether

Booked via Agoda along with below 200myr/night. Spacious, clean and comfy room. Although Wi-Fi will be slightly weak in the area but I believe overall nevertheless a recommended hotel.
