Great tau fu fa (bean curd dessert) with ginger brownish sugar... very easy and fragrant brown sugars with excellent bentong ginger flavor..Tou fu pok (heavy fried toufu with meat stuffing and springtime onion) is amazingly nice... it’s boiled in soup and the tou fu pok will be soaked with the soup providing it the juiciness.. yum
