这里的汤底是传统二、三十年前的古早味，汤里没有添加任何葱油、猪油和胡椒等等！如果喜欢传统古早味的，不妨可以来试试。店家的自制辣椒酱很好吃，建议可以用来沾面条吃个人感觉，这里的清汤板面堂食会比较美味。由于是住家营业，感觉别有一番风味！

Ban mee just thus so. Soup was very clear but a touch too lighting in flavour. But noodle had been too rough and tough a bit. Anchovies had not been crispy.
