[holiao]1) general - Chinese mix fry Cantonese fusion eating place, clean atmosphere, spacious seating region, expect queue during peak hrs, limited parking, reasonable cost, food to use are dual roasted pork, Buddha’s delight, tofu, curry seafood, Assam prawn and more from Teksen Convey Eating place2) Double roasted pork tasted so excellent, the pork has been caramelised with all the current sweetness also it was great to pair with several dishes of rice :P3) Buddha's delight aka lo hai jai tasted above typical, the odor and the flavor of the fermented bean curd useful for cooking was best, portion had been just alright for the desk of 104) assam tumis (curry) grouper seafood fillet has been again so excellent, not as spicy since it looked, the seafood fillet was pretty fresh, hence, the broth had been built with the fishes sweetness5) braised pork tummy with preserved veggie - tasted above typical, pork layers are combination of good body fat and lean part, preserved vegetable isn't too salty, general it was great6) fried bittergourd with egg has been exclusive, the runny eggs with not-so-flavorable bittergourd was amazingly welcomed by the youngsters because the bitterness of the bittergourd had been totally washed off by the food preparation skills. marvelous7) strong fried home made tofu with lighting soy sauce and regional dried anchovy topping has been my favourtie. superb flavor, must purchase! crispy tofu pores and skin, but so gentle from the within. the combination of crispiness of anchovy and softest tofu in the mouth area with lightly salted soy sauce had not been jokingly great.8) yang zhou fried rice - full with flavour and wok hei, fragrant rice with great combo of mixed vege and meats9) mix fry french bean with minced meats and dried prawn - just a little salty to out there liking, still can flavor the crunch of the french bean, good combination of body fat and lean minced pork10) steamed teow chew fish - average taste.11) signature tofu - tasted great especially the tofu, but would get the heavy fried tofu with anchovy if given the selection12) watercress soup - you can never get much better in Penang area13) Assam prawn - loved the sourness of the dish however we're able to taste just a little hint of bitterness, could possibly be improved14) lemon poultry - crispy epidermis with juicy meats and sour sauce.
