I've seen this place maybe once or twice as I drive recent to the Penang AIRPORT TERMINAL. So, since both we was craving for a few Japanese food, we made a decision to choose this place. I have to say that I has been prettysurprised with how big is this location and the wide variety of Japanese food accessible here. It can make sense since it is located not merely near the Penang International Airport terminal but also where in fact the free industry zones are. Which means that this location will need to have been used a whole lot for conferences cum lunch and supper. We ordered Shake Oyako don, Buta Kakuni Ramen, tamago Sushi and Shake Sushi. I have to say that the meals were delicious and didn't disappoint. That which was disappointing had been the mindset of the staff specifically some of the international waiters. I waved a few time and also spoke in their mind but were completely ignored. Whether it is possible to talk in English or not really does not matter. What counts are their mindset. It feels like these were delibrately ignoring us so they need not work. Otherwise, I am fairly pleased with the meals. I'm of two thoughts if want to return back or not really. Foodwise, there is absolutely no hesitation but staff-smart. It is a very big no-no.

Had New Year family lunch time with a reserved area with marvellous services with pleasant and useful waiter and waiteresses provided during lunch.May must have some soft or even vocals to enchance the ambience of the eating place.
