The box is quite poor quality...just how will you expect me to cope with this cake? Contact but no-one pickup the phone.

Asked regarding 21 candles but just got 1huge and 1little candle. Few variety cake to select. The strawberry on the cake had been spoilt!

收银员兼服务员的态度最差。她的脸色告诉你，要就买，不买拉倒。也就是说你不能多问确认，要聪明点。上年纪的家长去购买，都是带着差评回来。以下是家长的经历。第一次，要巧克力蛋糕，买回来却是咖啡口味。第二次，向服务员确认要巧克力的，服务员不耐烦说是是是，回到家，还是咖啡的。第三次，家长不满了，很硬气地告诉服务员，再不是巧克力的，就回来换。但是家里的妹妹说算了吧。第四次，也就是今天，因为怕了服务员的态度，选择时犹豫了，就在服务员准备拿蛋糕之际，要求换另一个，结果服务员兼收银员的她利用摔门的举动发脾气了………………为什么发脾气呢？为什么不耐烦呢？不喜欢这份工就别在服务业待着啊要不是因为好吃，都不会想去那里。好几次我都告诉朋友别约那里了。我没有以上经验，但我去了那几次，也的确看见其他客人也有相似的待遇。而我每次付款，也感受了那无理的语气。我也不会让家长去了，免得受委屈，心疼呢Delicious but rude service
