Kejadian berlaku last 14 days. We need to queue sebab meja penuh. Completely realize the SOP and we have been okay about this. We tried new group of pizza for a family group. First, employees datang hantar pizZa.(pizza sahaja on the offer pan!). Pinggan, sudu, garfu & pisau tak supplied ye. Sebab lama tunggu, we simply makan guna tangan. Down the road, employees datang hantar garlic loaf of bread. Actually we purchased mushroom soup jugak. Both are usually perfect combination correct? Tuggu lagi… creamy carbonara sampai tp sudu & garfu x supply juga. Panggil staf, minta sudu & garfu. Lama lepas tu baru mushroom soup sampai ( with out a spoon!). Bila tanya staf ‘sudu x der ke?’ tunggu ya.. staf x cukup. Ehhh!! Apa salahnya kalau period hantar ko bawa spoon terus? Purchase vanilla ice lotion tp dapat choc ice lotion. Itupun setelah berkali2 remind and tunggu sgt lama.The worst experience i ever endured. Please improve ur support. Don’t screw up pizza hut popularity. Belajar ler senyum and apologize kat consumer. Muka kelat jer aihhh. Yang jaga cashier kat depan pun muka kelat.
