Hello, I booked an area for 3 visitors and there is only one 1 double mattress. You anticipate 3 adults to fit in 1 bed??? As well as your photograph in website is actually misleading. Questioned your receptionist, then mentioned the photos are just for illustration, that's cheating! After that we asked for a supplementary bed, waited all day every day, still no-one come, are you currently expecting me to rest on the floor these days?? Is this a typical for a 4 superstars hotel?? Really dissatisfied and terrible!

Overall the stay has been good with several little exceptions.Baked beans had been quite bad within the buffet breakfast and the pillows were a touch too gentle and sinking for the liking. Intercom has been non existent and constantly engaged. I got to call the overall resort like from my handphone to find the front desk to accomplish things for me.

Room is comfortable, thoroughly clean and spacious. Nonetheless it can be far better if they enhanced the soundproofing. Can hear vehicles/bike drive by when i was given the area facing SPICE arena/major road.Walkability: Plenty of stores nearby for food, espresso, karaoke, etcFood & beverages: For an excellent sit down elsewhere, try reframe coffee.

Nice service and amenities, friendly staffs, clean area, nearby sports center. But sound proof isn't good I believe. Because I must listen prayer every earlier each morning....and the audio is like he could be praying just beside of myself. Ein schönes, relativ modernes Resort mit guter Aussicht. Zimmer battle sauber und wirkte gepflegt. Zum Frühstück gibt sera es eine großelectronic Auswahl. Sera verfügt auch über ein POOL.

I could sleep in Olive’s mattress. Thoroughly clean and comfy. Conducive to function in hotel. Wonderful.
