This is a very poor experience. The support is poor because the servers aren't well trained. You can find college students and component timers.Kitchen close from 9pm but we were told until whenever we desire to eat.The tonkatsu don rice is tasteless.And the employees began to clean with dettol at 9pm whenever we were still consuming. Immediately I I dropped my appetite

Poor service. Nobody taken care of us at all as soon as we part of the restaurant. We'd to raise around request the waiter to come quickly to our table when planning on taking order and obtain utensils. Food okay just.

Poor customer service. These were crushing ice and produced a lot of sound as though it is a standard roadside kopitiam. Particularly requested them to avoid but was overlooked. No apologies whatsoever.

I actually was trying hard to consider Sashimi but realized they appears to offer, maybe in various menu. Overall, meals was Okay, at the purchase price point they're selling, I'd expect more in expression of service level.
