Some members of program personnel barely speak English; others amply trained. But each is so, therefore polite. They bow nearly constantly. They hands you everything with both of your hands (Japanese politesse). For RM 39 (~ US$ 10.50), We get yourself a piping hot bowl or tasty ramen with sliced lean pork like starter. The shredded wooden ear offers a nice crunchy comparison to the gentle noodles. The broth will be flavorful. After that come six bits of gyoza. They are little dumplings stuffed minced pork and veggie. The waiter meticulously mixes soy sauce, vinegar & layu (no concept what it really is) in a little bowl for me personally. He desires to make certain I know how exactly to appreciate these dumplings. He could be so cautious & polite. It's almost amusing. The iced Japanese green tea extract expenses RM 2 (~US$ 0.50) but is really a bit watered lower. But refills are usually free. The tempura poultry over rice with small salad may be the final training course. The batter is quite light, but lacks flavor. The chicken inside does not have any flavor and is really a bit dried out. The sauce drizzled on the rice will not add much. General, a disappointing dish. Probably there is dessert products on the menus, but I neglect to see them. But again, I go out of the restaurant very complete for ~US$ 11. You can find other styles of ramen noodle soup I love to try. Therefore I will be back again during my stay static in Penang.
