the staff members took the order but didn't positioned the order to the counter/kitchen. When inquired about our food since it took such a long time, she instead requested us if we purchased our food. We've dual confirm with her beforehand when buying. The employees wasnot even attending to and keep searching when we place purchase/giving her the purchase paper.

Staff are usually unprofessional/untrained. Doesn't concentrate when taking purchase. Keep consumer waiting without also asking us to sit back. Stroll around like headless poultry.

i’m to regular the restaurant nowadays. When i browse the previous testimonials on my method, was stressing that i would face the same therapy of rude staff. Thankfully i was offered by a waitress called Woei Ting; she actually is so polite & useful with themenu since it is my 1st go to. She asked for the best flavor of soup & recommended appropriately. I’d say the entire is actually good 👍🏼 👍🏼
