This tea was my favourite since it's open. Frequently purchasing the drink on weekly. However now, been asking the feminine staff with short curly hair to create NO ICE for my tea each and every time when i purchased but works out always served if you ask me with filled with ice. Only the other day remind her again after that she just replied:" Yaya I'm carrying it out " with poor attitude. Today, again filled with ice. Wish the superiors can educate her what is designed to end up being "no ice". Many thanks.
