A different design of steam pot where clean seafoods and vegetables are steamed over a claypot of porridge. The initial couple of rounds of steamed food items taken with their specific sauces are usually yummy and appetising. Final highlight may be the porridge enriched with all the current organic flavours dripped down from the sooner rounds of steamed meals above. Unbelievably wonderful flavor. Love it.
