You have a fantastic view of the course and surrounding areas when walking to the eating place which is quite spacious. I did so not know cafe served just halal tim sum!The chee cheong fun was good with the sambal dried prawn which gave a specialaroma of belacan & prawn.However,all of those other tim sum meals like suai kow,har kow,siew mai,fried radish cake and two additional meals were a disappointment.Zero oomph! We cannot imagine tim sum without pork and correct enough, it was wii eating encounter.Would recommend tim sum outlets which have fast turnover of meals to obtain the best tastes. Service however has been excellent and atmosphere great.

Strongly suggested for family, friend or business gathering. Situated in Equatorial resort with good and secure parking, excellent hotel atmosphere and in the restaurant. Complete recommend from all elements. Don’t skip the chef recommendations

Arrived for a lunch time to celebrate LOVED-ONE'S BIRTHDAY. Delicious dim sum. We had been so impressed we made a decision to celebrate our father's 80th birthday right here for a family group evening dinner. They gave us an exclusive room and the meals & service was first rate. Verytasty, top quality, great eating in these Szechuan/Cantonese dishes. Thank you to Chef Steve & Mr Ken to make enough time and recommendations inside putting our determined menu together and for Mr Oh & Skip Goh for his or her great service. Recommend this as essential try restaurant for breakfast/lunch/dinner and/or for a particular occasion

This Restaurant serves traditional Chinese Food in a good atmosphere. Good meals at fair Prices. Beverages are good, waiting occasions are absolute acceptable. Meals are served warm and fast.

Tasty food, good plating, and halal too, amazing! Dim sum or some other Chinese main course can be found. Dine in or eliminate food. Friendly, useful and efficient staffs. Good Chinese decor, general region and VIP rooms furthermore available. Outdoors resto is amazing 180 degree viewof Penang. Pretty recommended!

We've been celebrating my mother and father’ birthdays at Golden Phoenix for nearly a decade and we've in no way been disappointed. The provider level & food is definitely first class & the restaurant management usually make the event feel individualized. If in doubt, talk with themanager & she'll assist you to customize a menus that works perfectly for you personally. Definitely 5 STARS!!
