Came here with several friends on the Sunday night time, we got a chair immediately in 6.30pm without reservations. Among my worst dining encounter, the service was poor, we stood there no one arrived at serve us. Therefore we just look for a table and sit back. Then, we await ten minutes until they arrive and present us our menus. And the meals was not along with last time we consume. The pork slices are usually as well thick, the staff is only going to reply 'yes yes', even though I was consuming their phone rang, & most importantly, they DIDN'T answer it instantly, the phone just maintain ringing until it stops. The problem happened 2 times while I had been consuming. BAD EXPERIENCE!! NEVER RETURNING!

Have been here many times. Food is great. However, minus 1 begin for the service. Lately, the service here's getting extremely bad. Maybe, not enough manpower.

Not really pleasant dining experience because we didn't get seaweed, salad, pancake and watermelon that constantly comes with out there spending of RM174. But we are able to see they helping seaweed soup to additional tables except us.

We have been here on 7 Oct and reached at 7.05pm, wait till 7.29pm also simply no proper reaction from the eating place for sitting. You can find more than 10 consumer waiting in the cafe and 5 empty tables available but because of poor set up of the eating place we just get sitted by 7.31pm.I have been visiting this look for last 5 yrs and it really was nice cafe and a Korean man running the restaurant. However now, only one 1 waiter is handling the complete flow of desk arranging, seated and bbqing. The restaurant management have to be seriously improve.
