Among the best chain Japanese dining places ever run into. Serves great food. None of the laundry disappoint, except the Gindara that was over-cooked and scrawny seeking. The purchase price is very sensible as well. The staff were careful to process and stick to CovidSOP, that was reassuring. Almost all their cutlery and plates had been sanitized in warm water before serving up for grabs. It is now among my favourite Japenese dining places in Penang.
