Today being Mother's Time my daughter took me personally out for a glass or two and she took myself to the coffee place. The most severe ever service and meals encountered. The Matcha Tea and Sizzling Chocolate had been lukewarm towards cool and the Honey Crepe Cake has been Stale. TheHot Chocolate had not been hot chocolate but had been cocoa. The service has been with out a Smile and issue of fact mindset. The price was very costly for lukewarm beverages and stale cake rather than to say the service. The personnel were amateurish and helping cocoa as sizzling chocolate isn't truthful...... I experienced so very bad for my girl who wished to give me an excellent day ended up being a Great Disappointment.

Being Mother's Day time my daughter wished to take me out there for a glass or two and she stated that she'd like to try this place. We purchased Matcha Tea, warm chocolate and Crepe Honey cake. The Very hot Chocolate was Cocoa rather than hot chocolate. Boththe beverages were lukewarm towards chilly and the cake had been stale. The services was terrible, the employees weren't at all professional ,every one of them had been amateurish, there is no Smile and simply matter of fact mindset... ...The worst Mom Day treat ever. Felt so very bad for my child who wished to give me an excellent day......Front Counter assistance is most significant...your establishment don't have that as much as i am concerned. In addition the price is much too costly for lukewarm beverages and stale cake rather than knowing the distinction between Warm Chocolate and Cocoa.
