The taste of Bak Kut Teh minus the aroma and strong taste of medicinal materials at almost all. Prior to the covid pandemic, it includes a obvious broth that tastes nice and the additional natural flavour offers maximised its charm. The pork trotter vinegar is nottoo sour and on the sweet side. There isn't much meats on the pork trotter. More pores and skin and fats (or collagen). Must check it out.
