【SAMa峇株吃好吃】Kitchen 21 -用心的料理，坚持的经营- 光顾Cooking area 21已经好几年了，从在Soga开张的那天，就支持到现在。食物和以往相比确实有改变了许多，但在Batu，这里却还依然是我西餐的第一选择。 老板从台湾学习回来的中西混合手艺，在几年前是很让人惊讶的，你可以在鸡扒当中看见搭配了一颗小白菜，可以在鱼扒旁搭配意大利面。这独特性一直保留到今天，还是那么的合胃口而不别扭。 虽然本身更喜欢旧店的环境，但搬到现在的地址，一个粉红的小环境里，气氛温和，菜单简明，也很好。 今天吃了鲔鱼酱鸡腿排配意大利面。这鲔鱼酱搭配鸡腿排也是我仅有在kitchen area 21品尝过的组合。老板自调的鲔鱼酱味道鲜甜，冷冷的酱配上热热的鸡，好味道。只是配面方面，我觉得面有些过湿了，以往比较干的番茄酱味道更棒。 母亲点了番茄酱意大利面，第一口放进嘴里母亲就说“嗯～很开胃”。些许的酸甜配上面条和佐料，清淡下肚。 姐姐点了水饺汤，水饺是老板自家包的，内线扎实，有包菜和韭菜两种口味。不想吃太饱足的可以点碗水饺，沾上姜醋，好味。 推荐大家可以来尝尝很多不一样的，蒜香鸡排，日式鱼排，蛋煎鱼排，红油炒手都是很不错的料理。 在外工作，尝遍不同西餐， 回到家乡，还是会想念厨房21的旧情怀。 这里吃的不只是料理，更多的是支持老板对食物的坚持和用心。 推荐
