Purchased 15 pcs chicken but obtained only 9. Tried contacting the store numerous periods but to no avail. Contacted website helpline but chat had been ended before i possibly could react and cannot resume the chat. Basically issue was left unattended, covered 15 pcs but just got 9 pcs. We've small children rather than enough chicken for everybody. Very disappointed. Mistakes are usually understandable, but at the very least possess some courtesy to get the telephone and resolve the problem pls.
