We stayed at Pinetree Resort thus Hai Nam Kopitiam was a clear choice for breakfast (five minutes walk). And yes it came strongly suggested by website and meals bloggers. Very aromatic espresso. Perfect half-boiled kampong eggs with runny yolk. Otak egg toast with a twist. Deliciousside dishes to opt for the fried noodles, bee hoon or kway teow. Service will be no-nonsense and quick. Price is fair.

Is a neighborhood hainan kopitam which simply open I believe about two yrs and incredibly localize taste. The neighborhood coffee is strongly suggested and "teh si" can be good. The store homemake toast loaf of bread is delicious too. Car parking around that region is really a bit problem.

They serve top quality Hainam dark coffee (robusta) and Senggarang white coffee (arabica), half-boiled eggs, toasts, nasi lemak packs, economic fried meehoons which are all-time favorite breakfast for the locals. The area is clean and well kept unlike a great many other traditional Chinese coffee shops.

Delicious roti telur (french toasts), great regional breakfast selections. The best is certainly their golden custard or golden sand pao, freshly steamed using its custard filling oozing with every bite. The waiters may also be friendly and totally attentive. Lovely!

Came more than here to test . The kaya and butter toast is crunchy and the half boiled eggs was cook juat wonderful,not too hard rather than too watery. Downside may be the ice espresso with and without milk and pre-pack food . Seem that thecoffee flavor is indeed faint and have to perk up with an increase of grounded coffee. The prepacked nasi lemak was eatable though it was cold (we came around 11.30am),because the packed nasi lemak has been sitting in the shop (aircond).for me ,they should obtain something similar to a food warmer or microwave so the packed food could possibly be warm when necessary for comsumption . Overall ,i'll give thumbs upward forbtheir fifty percent boiled eggs,toast and signature otak otak breads .

Fast service with great selections for breakfast. I took tarditional Malay foods of Nasi Lemak and Mee Siam. These were nice. I would recommend the steamed wholemeal loaf of bread with Kaya. I came across it smooth and fluffy. Excellent to consume. The tea and coffe had been OK.

Price reasonable serve great coffee , walking distance 5 minute from pinetree resort .family kind of coffee shop .Residents like to go out there .air-con is provided in the coffee shop .

Coffee shop located close to Pinetree Hotel. They offer authentic hainanese espresso and heavy and slices of toast breads which I individually like it. The purchase price will be reasonable and quick service.
