Daddy Village is really a renowned nyonya eating place inside Batu Pahat for days gone by 20+ yrs. We came right here on 31/8, it had been very crowded. They're not only good with nyonya meals but additionally western and regional delicacies. We ordered an American Breakfast, Penang PrawnNoodles, and Nasi Lemak Exclusive. The sunny side-up along with the toast looks extremely tempting, the toast provides some butter spread also it has been toast to perfection. Should they might use Ayamas sausages (with dark pepper/cheese/mushroom) that might be ideal. Prawn Noodles has 3 big new prawns unlike the people I experienced in KL that they had to slice the prawn into slices. The share has very similar flavor with the prawn noodles I got in Penang. Awesome! I QUICKLY have to discuss their Nasi Lemak Specific, the tough boiled egg is lower nicely such as a flower. The sambal will be tasty I possibly could have consume the rice and sambal alone! They make the rice with Butterfly Pea Flower therefore half of it appeared blueish. Redang Chicken will be another highlight, drumstick will be tender and savoury. We also could odor Sambal Petai meals from other tables. Up coming visit we will try the nyonya meals out! We ordered two espresso and the teh tarik. Both are excellent. Teh tarik is quite smooth. And coffee includes glucose and milk you can include to your preference. Daddy Village don't have service charge however they provide very good provider. Waiter and waitress have become polite and attentive even though their business is great. To the Muslim visitors, this is a Halal cafe so seriously by!

Small serving and significantly less than satisfactory nyonya taste. Because of its price in BP, food high quality doesn’t match the anticipations.

I've always love eating as of this cafe in Batu Pahat. Great selection of nyonya baba meals. Its furthermore halal. It a fairly busy restaurant with households and office staff to arrive for their meal. The Sambal Petai with prawns and Squid cost RM38 -the seafood isn't rubbery but nonetheless pretty crunchy. I needed to use the Pineapple Tarts; the dog owner was pretty fine to provide me one tart. The pastry melts in the mouth area and the pineapple filling isn't overly sweet; you'll detect hook sourness arriving thru from the pineapples. I really like the hot plate steam otak with egg (RM 15). The otak tasted spicy but with the proper stability of coconut and chilly arriving thru. The heavy fried eggplant sambal was really falvourful indeed - I possibly could taste the juiciness of the eggplant when i sink my teeth in to the pipping hot dish. The signature strawberry juice is really a small too sweet to my liking. (RM 7 per glass). I believe some amount of sugars has been put into it. Overall fine lunch experience.......am i going to keep coming back again? Yes for certain!

We were along the way back again to Singapore from Cameron Highlands. Batu Pahat as a township after Malacca was always a location that has been in-sight but in no way visited. A view detour around 20 km discovers us in a quaint Malaysian city. Situated a stone-throwfrom the city center is this amazing restaurant! The laundry were amazing, nearby yet with a particular touch of uniqueness from expert chef and proprietors Suzanne and Adam. The Mutton Redang was tender and the sauce, spicy with a good kick. The Kerabu with the Ikan Bilis has been a nice mixture of flavours and crunch at the proper bite. The Nonya Poultry with special spices needs to be consumed with the sambal for complete effect. Delicious. The highlight for me personally was the Chendol Durian!!! This is durian at the best! We had Crimson Prawn and Segamat Merah- superb! The mixture had been delightful as you love the very best of both well-known desserts. Once you do reach the durians, eventually ..genuine delight hits you! Essential try after enjoying another great dishes!! Overall, an excellent detour to Batu Pahat! Thanks a lot Suzanne and Adam to make our ride home thus special and memorable!
