Had to remain 1 night here. Area is usually spacious. Booked queen mattress. The downside has been, the early morning when I got to tested, the lift had been out of service because of heavy rain. Drinking water coming through the roofing from the trunk staircase and the resort ground ground at reception region was actually flooded. Had to create my very own suitcase down the stairs with flooring wet and all. The area was alright. The ambience was good. Probably the timing was incorrect for me personally to stay there

Overall was good, however the moment we part of to the resort to check on in, the malay woman staff's from the counter had been rude and her mindset sucks. She don't also welcome us with a grin instead she was extremely unfriendly and talks rudely and impatiently. Poor customer service.

Because water heater had not been functioning.... we stayed there for just two 2 times ..... after complaining also hot water heater not really worked ..... inadequate maintenance

酒店在市中心，附近有很多美食很方便，但是酒店太老舊了房間一進去就有一股香煙味，墻身和床褥都感覺不是很乾淨，如果要求不高，這個價格是很實惠。

Bilik surroundings berbau kurang menyenangkan. Lantai bilik berdebu. Kad kunci tak boleh buka bilik. Television tak boleh tukar siaran.

The stuff is quite nice. Location is great so many areas to look and eat. room pretty good the mini fridge isn't working television very little channel to view. It shouldn't contact B & S boutique resort and cafes yes there is a cafe but it isn't open housekeeping not really that great simply the housekeeping person isn't that polite at all . Overall I rate this 4.5 out of 10
