Overall....trip was enjoyable...love breakfast buffet thus much....therefore many selection...stayed here for just two 2 nights...both times have various menu...interestingly they will have section for kids buffet where kids can select food for them self...n they hv little table n coloring products for kids to colour...parent may enjoy eatingwhile kids carry out coloring activity...they're many collection of menu for children tooo....excellent...i ordered meals from makan kitchen yesterday evening...overall food was outstanding...they gave precisely what we require...kids enjoy their pizza peperoni so much...they state better than dxxxxx...children enjoy their time with pool since kids swimming pool have little playground....will certainly come again for following vacation...oh ya i acquired 5 cookies for every folks from the counter when arrive since i have am a hilton associate...cookies were delicious....

Twice Tree Hilton provide best tier solutions, staffs were helpful and incredibly friendly especially from your kitchen. Makan Cooking area, Udin, Ember, Nazrin and Ashraf Khan proceeded to go beyond expectations on the providers and cater us for the meals . This is exactly what we likely to gethere. It’s not really concerning the money, it’s concerning the services. Good job!

Overall a great spot to stay for loved ones with kids, their children pool was great location their F&B personnel was superb friendly specifically to Udin, Amber and Usa. Only their parking isn't complimentary and have to pay Rm 3 each day, also not really strollerand wheelchair helpful from parking to lobby simply because there’s simply no proper ramp or lift. So one surely got to fall off at front entry first before going to parking. Room was clear and neat, toilet is really a little bit of slippery and floor have wet when shower while water will spill out there easily. The bath drainage was sort of slow leading to a lil flooded during bath time. Overall it was an excellent experience, the beach has been lil distance apart and nothing very much to shout , only a decent beach. An excellent knowledge at Double tree Hilton Penang.

Fruit presentation must be improved, it shouldn’t be stacked. The rest is good! Plenty of types in breakfast buffet. Low ground with sea view will be disturbed by visitors noise. Higher flooring is recommended.

Room is quite comfortable and big for a family group of 4. My area include balcony sea view. Foods will be a lot for breakfast buffet, breakfast at Makan Kitchen. Personnel here very pleasant and helpful. Because of Ashraf, Khan, Udin, United states, Anbhu, Ember, Paan &Dll. Would like to comeback for the daughter birthday again 🫰🏻
