We celebrated a Birthday celebration and the Seafood Buffet was marvellous. The Chef do wonderfully properly.There was excellent selection of Seafood.

We went here because various other individuals we were with wanted their to utilize the pool because of their kids. It had been the Sunday before Xmas and we had been the only real people in the cafe that would seat many hundred. Why? We rapidly realised...Food has been appalling.Everything lukewarm. Eyeglasses dirty (lipstick using one). Had been a buffet and appeared like the food have been there since morning hours. Lots of fried foods all dry out and tough. Deserts like packet-combine cakes. Ended up consuming two slices of pineapple. Will go someplace else to eat right now, despite the fact that I’ve just covered lunch

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing expressing my disappointment on your own food high quality served. I has been at Shangrila Penang resort for supper in Dec'19 - ala-carte and buffet. To my shock, the ala-carte meals was completely disappointing from the display, taste and food high quality. Iordered;1. Naan tandoori - bread had not been edible hard consistency and hard to consume. 2. Claypot tofu - tasted nothing significantly less than hospital foods also to complete "hospital meals" it had been served in plastic material maroon bowl. where may be the claypot? 3. Vegetarian fried rice - cold and tasteless. 4. Buffet desserts - had not been fresh. honestly didn't taste good Honestly none tasted 5 star food. I had been there couple of years ago and it had not been this bad. someplace your high quality has dropped. It had been a complete waste of time and money. Hope you will consider it. Other Shangrila resorts all over the world definitely assist first class food and service.
