Because of MCO announcement, yesterday 6 May 2021 may be the last day time for dine-in and buffet at resort. Lucky us! We have the ability to slot in our reserving forIftar Buffet at The Westin. The distribute of meals just nice, foods were delicious (specifically grilled lamb, satay, indian cuisine, mee curry bubur lambuk, also their mashed potatoes! - oh my its a whole lot!). The atmosphere is good, Westin group/server is very extremely approachable and devoted, they really actually follow the SOP's and the very best part is they will have desserts galore! it's incredible! In fact, we heard from others that their buffet is fine and yes its well worth it. I am ready to arrive again next season! if permits! Good Work The Westin and group.

We'd dinner here nonetheless it was not around expectations from what the Westin brand name is known for. The spread had not been up to standard, few choices, and meehoon? Feels as though budget economy stall/college canteen. Insufficient western food section? Just roast chickenand beef stew. And ice lotion potong only? I am aware the need to possess SOP's but at the very least involve some quality ice cream supplying. Empty dishes not refilled, many products , cheeses, keropok, etc also not refilled when empty. Understand that COVID has had a toll on the resort business but please get satisfaction in the Westin brand name and great customer encounter that many expect out of this prestigious brand.

We took our supper & breakfast in Seasonal Flavor Restaurant inside Westin Desaru Coast. The supper was acceptable and I enjoyed nearly all was the curry fish and the fried rice was good. The breakfast was sumptuous with an amazing array from Western to Chinese, Indian& Malay food selection. There is also an array of fruit drinks & coffee & tea. I must say i enjoyed the breakfast

So disappointed on several fronts. They well informed that just outdoor seats were offered, but I then found out that we received the only table without fans obtainable AFTER making transaction. It had been a hot time and through the entire dinner, My entire fam had been perspiringprofusely and fuming from the indegent quality of food. Requested additionally for a child seat which in no way arrived until I actually prompted once again 30 min later. Food options were small, and most of the meals trays were empty rather than replenished. furthermore, The majority of the foods was EXTREMELY salty. Foods quality had not been great, prawns not new and nothing that’s extravagant that I'd have kinda anticipated with the high cost. The worst part was when I noticed cooks were preparing satays etc that was not on the buffet line. That’s when I realised that the eating place served ala carte, THAT WAS NOT MENTIONED WHEN I Has been MAKING PAYMENT. actually, that they had stressed that there have been ONLY doing buffet. Considering that the price per head is $128, it’s very an exorbitant costs for this type of big group. The only real icing on the cake was actually the desserts. The eclair has been rather special and I believe the kids enjoyed the choc fountain Never felt therefore cheated visiting an establishment within a 5 superstar hotel. Lousy lousy knowledge, especially since i have was expecting a great time with that sort of price tag.
