On 13/4/22 we'd dinner at Prego cafe at 7pm. We've an excellent dinning expert right here. The ambience is quite welcoming. The meals and services are great. Stayed in westin upon the 6th for my partner birthday. Didn't had a reservation when i thought prego was shut (on Monday). At first tot of experiencing dinner at the primary cafe of Westin, but didn't last minute since it was buffet design.Walk directly into prego from 7. Was informed it was complete. There’s no waiting checklist even if we wished to wait. Eventually an employee name kyra make an effort to arrange a desk for all of us. Gave her my contact number. Had been expecting nobody to give us a call as they appearance understaffed and eating place was super occupied. It is extremely disappointing to listen to that the eating place PREGO at resort Westin struggles to accommodate visitors from other hotels exclusively for the reason of these not residing in their resort. Shouldn't it be predicated on availability instead of exclusively for guests. Not really everyhotel in Desaru adopts an identical culture. Extremely disappointing so when regular travellors to Desaru it is a deterrence to any potential travel here and especially to Prego at a 5 STAR hotel Westin.
