Booked on-line and got the confirmation email. However, was designed to wait around 20 mins beyond your hotel gate because the guard could not really look for a booking and both hotel entrance desk and the golf club wouldn't normally pick up the telephone. Finally let within todiscover the club will not honour online bookings and will not open till 11am. Staff cannot care less after producing us hold out for such a long time, shrugged shoulders and blamed leading desk. Security was interested in making sure I went apart and parked my vehicle half of a km away instead of straighten out the booking concern. Family in vehicle behind us had an identical issue with booking simultaneously, but no luck. Likely to a public cafe is usually a great way to look at a fresh hotel and whether it's worth a stay static in the near future but clearly A single&Only has a large amount of organisational and services issues to straighten out first. I'd begin by ensuring visitor user interface has been actual hospitality staff, not really burly security alone. Deeply disappointing and highly recommended to avoid.

Great service, meals and beautiful location. Actually accommodating my kids. And superb DJ playing some very nice house tunes that has been ideal for the chilled ambience. Strongly suggested - seen quite a few negative reviews; F&B has already established tough times staffing write-up covid; no dependence on such areview they're doing their best.
