Very very inadequate service. Give food no utensils. 8 individuals came to eat plus they just give 4 plates. Later to take the purchase... the worst service actually.

Selection of menu and high quality of dishes were great. But the service right here was just a little slow - we'd to ask two times to end up being handed the menu.

Staff were ok. Not really rude as documented in a few reviews. But support was very gradual. It had been not peak hrs and we had been the only real customers there whenever we arrived. Beverages were served only directly after we completed our food, and directly after we inquired what happened to your drink order. Even after that, they didn't deliver all that people ordered. Food high quality was poor. Assam laksa was lovely and very runny. Everything you find in the photograph was what was offered to us. Doesn’t worth RM16. The prawn Macintosh and cheese was furthermore runny. Like soup.I believe SR bosses today don’t really value their brand or high quality. Was previously decent. Sad.Wish they improve but considering the number of problems against them.. I question that’s likely to happen.
