Assalamualaikum. Tolong la jangan pakai demi glace je. Muak nak muntah. Tu pun pakai yg quick. Utk sauce, for instance, buat la .. poultry au jus, duck au jus. bernaise sauce ke. Simple is good however, not enough hard work. Create something worthwhile for the customers.Taste sensible.. Rasa biase2 je. Nothing at all special pun.
