I get to know regarding Nasi Kukus Ayam Berempah out of this restaurant, way prior to the current cafe exists. I fell deeply in love with that nasi kukus right away. The traditional method of strong frying the chicken could have caused the poultry become dry a little. But the taste hasn't changed since i have first got it (3-4 yrs ago I believe). I keep purchasing it as an easy lunch, superior to Nasi Ayam KFC.
