Nice English style tea room in Penang's Straits Quay. Winter Warmers overlooks the Marina which is a good spot to get a relaxing chat. In addition they sell dainty tea room style ceramics, although they might be a a little pricy.

My sister and I really like this place. The ambience and home design creates an extremely warm and fuzzy feeling every time we dine there. They've some excellent food; our favorite is definitely the cheese baked spaghetti.

Decor is decent. Fruit tea was good. Pasta and rice average. Service was mediocre. We waited eighty minutes for meals. If you are likely to take so long, it really is standard procedure to see the customer beforehand.

I love the smell of fresh coffee and toast bread and cosy English ambient. The restaurant display tea set on the market at one corner and enjoy the decor. Sandwiches and croissant weren't bad. And for breakfast set with free flow coffee or teais affordability should you have the complete morning to invest there.

Recommended for the milk tea which includes the pot. Food is ok. Have types of hi tea choices. Recommended for main meal also as you can find types of main course. Renovated within an English environment. Great for gathering.

Loved this little tea house in Georgetown, a pleasant selection of tea, fruit drinks etc. I had cheesecake and a juice in addition to an iced tea and I’ll admit, after an evening of shopping it ended my evening perfectly. A cosy atmosphere, withpleasant staff, I’d go there again. I actually visited a couple of years ago, photos attached but in those days wasn’t on trip advisor nonetheless it was early December so have put Dec 2017 instead.

order in 2 rows dishes, first was order for kids. we asked to create it first asap, coz kids hungry. after serving drinks they start bring 2nd row order. after 30 min whenever we enquire about first order actually they forgot about any of it. when weask for bill they start serve food from 1st order, we reject food, however they dare to add it in bill. after explaining it to manager (i assume it had been manager), they exclude dish from the bill. btw it wasnt busy time, just 1 more table around.

Both of us had pastas that people enjoyed. Although only really had teas as drinks. There is a whole lot on the menu which range from pastas, waffle pizzas, pasta bakes, western food. Plenty of selection
