Doesn't have the cozy, Victorian Tea area ambience Winter Warmers will often have, wallpapers were peeling off, the decorations were established at a large part for only the personnel to see, I have no idea if the nook tables were too much or the nook chair were too low nonetheless it was awkward. Therefore we had to improve table. The assistance was bad. I purchased some Irish Lotion Coffee and there have been no cream. Only once i questioned, the waiter educated they ran out of lotion. My friend purchased rose cappuccino and there have been no roses . They delivered a teapot we didn't order.

They have type of Victorian period hi-tea restaurant. Among the best good foods there's the waffle and fresh fruit tea.
