Freshly open, the restaurant is really a branch of the favorite stall at the primary Ayer Hitam town junction within Johor. The main appeal is putu bambu, conventional delicacy created from rice flour, prepared with palm glucose, pandan leaf and dessicated coconut steamed in bamboo pipes-gentle and fluffy. It draws an enormous following which includes Johor Royal family members and clients from Singapore and Indonesia. Each packet of 6 bits of putu bambu comes at MYR3. Beside that, you can find nasi lemak, nasi ayam, soto and fried meehoon. The laundry should be warm. The soup(soto) want more pepper.

The first thing you should know about is that putu bamboo is really a traditional Malay delicacy…rice flour filled up with gula Melaka (palm sugar), steamed in hollow bamboo casings (word bambu is really a Malay word of bamboo) to create a cylindrical shape. It really is servedwith grated coconut. Eaten scorching, the mouth-watering putu bamboo at juriah will satisfy those mid-day munchies, using its very soft, fluffy and cottony consistency and interesting aroma and sweetness. It really is definitely the neatest factor to consume in Ayer Hitam, the border city well-known for ceramic crafts between Batu Pahat and Kluang district in Johor. By enough time you’ve munched on Juriah’s putu bamboo, you’ll be entranced. This is actually the true truth when i say it since it is…
