Today We had the displeasure of using lunch at Tarbush from Ampang Point We have been a normal customer of the establishment, historically the meals has been ok. However, today was completely different. I had purchased my food, several dishes including lambcubes, hummous and a salad. After getting about 50 % method through the salad we discovered a lifeless cockroach. I was really shocked and repulsed. The waiter came over and saw the cockroach who then tried to apologise and explained he would give myself a lower price off the bill. He them proceeded to create out another salad (identical kind) and a caramel desert that I did so not need, and told him therefore. (Why would I'd like another salad when i just discovered a cockroach in the last one?). In any case, they brought me the expenses by the end of the meal without discount whatsoever, right after arguing for some time the waiter returned with another costs which had the assistance charge removed. The full total bill around RM 115. I came across the waiter and the thus called manager to end up being very argumentative. My expectation had been that they could have given me a considerable discount off the expenses. In European countries or the united states the meal could have been free of charge with some type of present voucher as a gesture of goodwill. Rather I experienced argumentative and disrespectful employees who were interested in using my money than looking after the client, and their popularity, not to mention medical and cleanliness of these restaurant. Anyway, my priority is around food protection and cleanliness of the restaurant. I am certain that it's a wellness hazard to everyone. The Health Authorities ought to be notified of the and action taken accordingly. I'll not be going to Tarbush again.

Visited Tarbush Ampang Point about Saturday 15 June 2013. The Biryani (RM24.00) was the dissappointment, inferior brief grain rice was used and the spices are Indian rather than Arab or Lebanese. The meals served might have been purchased at nearby Mamak store andserved as Lebanese. Lebanese loaf of bread was served tough and frosty wrapped in plastic material (RM2.50). Raita has been a letdown at RM10 per portion, watery yoghurt. Warung foods will be a lot better in taste, cost and hygiene.

Tarbush is my favourite go-to for an instant take-out there shawarma when I'm inside Ampang Point. The meats is very flavourful and juicy. With regards to sit-down service, I've never really had a negative experience here, although service could be a tad gradual even over off-peak hours. The purchase price is somewhat steep for the product quality and portions they serve; there are some other Arab-food dining places in the shoplots encircling Ampang Point when you have the inclination to check on them out, but Perhaps Tarbush is a clear and convenient choice if you're not around adventuring from the mall.
