Today experienced the waitress had been asked by her supervisor to clean the table that filled with leftovers by the prior clients. she wiped the desk by wiping off the leftovers splashing out onto the ground! And came back to the counter to talk! Just what a SOP SF cafe provides!!!

Food surprisingly was fine. Got the fettuccine Alfredo poultry that was tasty and I love the hearts applied to the poultry. My sister got the lasagne that was good as well. The drinks can’t fail either.

Ordered a latte (cool) and asked to displace dairy-based milk along with soy milk cause I've lactose intolerant issue. Sadly, I still find yourself finding a latte with dairy milk rather than soy milk despite the fact that already notified the employees earlier.
