Street food stall situated at a large part shop lot, no problem finding parking. Owners are cozy and friendly. Food sensible, I really like the red bean nice soup and fried kuay teow, Tom yum soup with rice noodle had been just OK, it's altered to Chinese style, so it is much less spicy as Thai design. Prices were reasonable. They're currently selling Chinese brand new year goodies that i have tried some, these were really good specifically the "bak guah".
