Just my misfortune that they ran away of coleslaw before noon... was told I had a need to choose plastic bag even though I have chose ELIMINATE... when did this modification happened? 14 days ago I didn't need to choose plastic bag, it had been provided when I chose ELIMINATE... furthermore obtained like 4 wings out from the 9 parts that I ordered

Bad providers. I paid service taxes but I must pack food into plastic material bag myself. The employee just supply the plastic luggage and display the angry encounter. Then she right away go serve some other clients. This make me experience disrespectful.

Actually dissapointed. Suka ii je tukar purchase org. Instead, contact la dlu before deliver if the meals has gone out of stock.

Banyak kali beli makanan dkt sini. Selalu provider mmg slow. Tapi nowadays teruk betul. 25 mins tunggu ayam 5 ketul. Pastu takde langsung maaf ke apa ke. Pekerja sorang je yg pack makanan. And dia punya rate sgt slow. Please enhance your service. KFC nowadays isnt that cheap any more. We paid alot however the service doesnt complement the purchase price. If u believe an employee cannot handle all of the orders..please employ more folks. And PR ability tlg la improve. State sorry is the easiest thing u can perform bile order lambat.
